We haven’t ran somebody over like we did in the 3rd quarter with Huntley and Tyler in a LOOOOONNNNGG time… smash mouth 🏈🏈. Mariotta may not be the best, but he can extend plays and keep drives alive, we have needed that in the past
That Huntley drive I guarantee for everyone hyped. Haven’t seen that in forever. Mariota definitely had a bad game but he’ll bounce back.
@GodlyZ Yep. Mariota has played some really good games so far and kept us close so far. All QBs have bad games. He will bounce back. Matt Ryan ha had some bad games this season and some really good ones. It is what it is.

A coach with accountability is the type of coach I want for the dirty birds ! Folks A.Smith has convinced me to swing to his side after the last 3 games ! I see in him something that Atlanta has been missing for years , a coach with the ability to do his job ! Now ! We will see cone Sunday, the Succaners just got beat at home buy KC ! So we shall see if coach is still playing chess or did he switch back to checkers!
Is Brady getting his weapons back this week? I know Mike Evans was suspended one game and he will be back, why couldn’t the league suspend him for two games? Lol. But what about the rest like Julio?
1. Great job coach.
2. Defense looks like booty at times but they keep the points down and have made clutch plays so I’ll take it.
3. Marcus needs to play better but him just being out there scares defenses. He is not throwing 5-yard outs and slants, he is throwing chunk plays. Teams have to cover that opening up the run and blitzing Marcus is a gamble. Cut that man some slack. I love what I saw from Ridder in preseason but yall need to stop thinking he is going to come off the bench and put 30 and 40 on NFL first string defenses.

I don’t think he’s going to put up 30 or 40 points. But Mariota has a track record of doing what he’s doing right now. That’s the only reason why I say start Ridder. Can’t be that much worse 🤷🏾♂️

Well said. Mariota also has a history of being a leader and taking blame for things to protect his guys. Matt Ryan would have sold that rookie RB out in the post game press conference. Mariota’s game was a little off this game but he still LED this team to a victory. Mariota is not going to put up 3-400 yds a game and 5 passing TDs. A solid game from Marcus is going to be 230-250 yds passing, 1-2 Passing TDs, 50-100 yds rushing and 1-2 rushing TDs with 0-1 INT. He’s a different kind of QB than typical Matt Ryan style but teams have to prepare and account for him where they didn’t have to do anything different for a normal Matt Ryan type. That was only game 3, let go in knock the rust off and he will pick it up and make you proud. Even you haters. ✌️

Say what you want but he came in and put a quick stop to the media creating drama here. They do that a lot and will have a fanbase mad in a minute all for a view. Don’t mind them too much. These guys are building a good roster. We’re a good season or 2 away from being a final product I believe.
