Terrible loss by my BROWNS today!!! Our inability to close games out, secondary giving up big plays, and not coming away with touchdowns in the RED ZONE KILLS US!!! Granted the Falcons have played hard every game but we have more talent however keep coming up short!!!!

Can’t blame Arthur Smith today to Pitts not getting touches. He got looks. Mariota either overthrew him or threw the ball at his feet. Browns also kept both him and Drake in check. The defense has a say as well. Anyways, the fact that we were able to find a way to win with both Pitts and London being non-factors and CP being inured is nonetheless impressive. I had my reservations about Dean Pees after the Saints game but he’s got this defense getting the job done when they need to. The way Smith has this team playing is the vision Quinn talked about but couldn’t follow through with. Take that however you want

    He only got 4 targets. 1 catch. 1 drop. 1 too high. 1 contested. What games do y’all watch? Pitts was on the field for only 14 passing plays. That’s it. And 2 of those he was a blocker. So he basically ran 12 routes all day.

I love how everyone said we were gonna be in the running for number one pick… But my guys have shown heart and grit in every game so far. I know as a fan I don’t share that physical pain my guys do every week…. But I’m 100% behind the falcons no matter what…. I rep that black and red no matter what. Win or lose I wear my falcons hat every day. I live in Texas and it’s funny to see cowboys fans abandon their team after every loss and say super bowl bound after every win.

MM is the training wheels for ridder I wish everyone can have patience for this man hell Matt Ryan taught me that 😅but honestly his red zone fumbles and ways to get the ball is slack but his hard work ethics is why I like him he doesn’t lose the game

With ridder I feel like some outside sources trying to get us to break him and start him out wrong just to get some draft position and basically resetting all over again appeasing the media market and fans that want us to grab a QB

Stunting ridder growth isn’t helping him as a man because you guys want to measure your draft day BS why can’t we mature him in practice let him understand game day action on the sidelines like the old days I’ll say it again Andy Reid didn’t or don’t get fans backlash since he did this to Patrick mahommes and if he did he’ll tell KC fans either stay patient or fawk off politely

    I agree but disagree.. Mariota is on pace for almost identical numbers he has previously had in his career. We need to know if we need to draft another QB next year so we need to get Ridder in because Mariota looks exactly the same over 4 games….ie barely squeaking wins and losing games on his turnovers.

    Cause that’s exactly how I see it if you’re solely basing this off MM rather than growth for ridder cause Andy didn’t throw pat out there but draft hungry naysayers see their prize and quick to dump young guys in the fire to prove a point

    @LithoniaDirtyBirds98 no I’m saying we need to play Ridder before next year because Marcus isn’t winning games, the team is. We need to know what we have so we can make better decisions in the next draft. No offense but, Alex Smith is a much better passer than Mariota. Especially before he was injured. We had 14 consecutive RUNNING PLAYS because Marcus threw a terrible int.
