Chiefs fans everywhere understand the “greatness” of Patrick Mahomes. He may not be the proto-typical quarterback, but the thing thing that sets him apart is his “by any way possible(or impossible)” mindset. It is never over be it a game or a play with him at the helm. It is appointment viewing to watch him play! I have been a Chiefs fan since I was a kid (I am 58 years old) and I am amazed by Mahomes! He makes football fun!
I have a rule question for the Football experts on the goalline “Basketball” play: Was Chiefs #73 Nick Allegretti reported eligible or how else was he not illegal downfield?
Yes he was an eligible receiver. If you re-watch the game it comes across the loudspeaker as they’re breaking the huddle.
I said it after they won the SB I don’t care what else happens Mahomes is fantastic. We’re so lucky to have him.
