it is one thing or another and its SIMPLE, do YOUR job, not someone else’s, if you see someone blowing their territory or position don’t abandon yours if it means the offense has a chance to exploit that hole, its real simple, so many players not where they should be combine that with blown tackles and it adds up fast..

defense is simple, you do your jobs and make it as difficult for the offense as possible and there are times they get 5-10 for perfect execution, however when they fail to perfectly execute thats where a defense shines, that’s the basics, player that go above and beyond also excel, set up receivers for INT’s so forth again basic football.. the reality is even if you and everyone on the defense does their jobs perfectly there is no guarantee the offense will not score or gain yards, however, when the defense FAILS to do their jobs it’s almost guaranteed the offense gets yards or points, unless it’s bad throw, runner falls down whatever..

its the fundamental football that hurts to watch, I understand the gel part and chemistry and it takes time but the fundamental ball you learned in middle school still applies, do your jobs, tackle, and play through till end of the play, no giving up.. special plays are special plays, you knock a ball out intercept whatever then hooray for you but dime sets and your giving up 40 years that’s unacceptable really as there shouldn’t be enough real estate available for ANY runner to get there, and some of the pass defense holes are astronomical, I know it’s all been said and seen but its game 4 and its still the same old same old,a re there players that just do not understand or is it they simply cannot physically keep up? what is it?

its the fact the D isn’t even making it slightly difficult that’s embarrassing, are players unable to focus and find the zone or what gives?.. man

The game chemistry isn’t going to happen overnight. Only the 4th game in, I’m seeing improvement overall, may need to adjust the inside LB position if the shine doesn’t start being more bright! #Hawks4Life 💚💪🏾👊🏾💯💙
