To be fair Mills wasn’t terrible today. He had some flashes but we are still drafting a QB next year 😈. If the Texans had a great QB, we would have won a lot more this year.
POV I played a team with Austin ekler and Jjetas in fantasy that got him 60 something points with just a those 2 people 💀
It look like the Chargers were going to blow their lead but they hung on. Ekeler with 3 TDs is nice.

To all the ravens fans and others I know how it is to have a trash offensive coordinator who chokes every single game. Good win but we barely won against a not so good team.
Texans season is going how I expected we just don’t have much talent. with that said our rookies are having a solid season. Pitre last week, Stingely all season including playing hurt today, Pierce today. I am liking this rookie class. We are a long way from competing so I don’t get upset over all these close losses. I just like that we aren’t getting blown out 38-7 like some of the games last season.
They’re going to be scary good in a few years. They just need a good O line coach, and a better offensive coordinator.

@The Dude 7 You think Houston should get Bryce Young or go with the best Defensive guy available? Davis Mills is already solid. I’d say let him play out his rookie contract while Houston continues to build the roster for his successor – Like the Chargers did for Herbert. Top Defensive Players are a more ‘sure-thing’ in the NFL too
Don’t let this distract you Texans fans from the fact OJ Howard was wide open after defense forced a turnover to put Texans in red zone trailing 27-21.. Davis Mills didn’t even look his way and got sacked and fumbled… Game-Changing..
I know Houston doesn’t have that stout D-Line, the way they used to.. but how about Jamaree Salyer at LT? Good job young man, hanging in there!

Jamaree Salyer did great protecting Herbert! I think the Chargers will be just fine with Slater out. Glad the coaching staff gave him a chance instead of Storm Norton.

Joe lombardi is hanging on a damn thread! We lost a 27-7 lead! It should have never been this close! Joe lombardi has the tendency to step his foot off the pedal when we’re up! I’ve been a fan for 15+ years and I’m sick of this ! Nasir Adderley is a lost coconut as well !
If Mills would have seen OJ Howard wide open in redzone, the Chargers lose this game.

chargers still have too many whirlpool players on their roster – the loss last week showed that ‘lack of character’ reputation that has haunted them from inception. Bottom line – if they had lost again this week to the miserable Texans their season would have been over. The difference in the NFL remains – you have to beat the GOOD teams too.
