@N M Makes PLENTY SENSE.. Not everyone is in a rush for HC job. Leave become Head Coach then have terrible situation. Coordinators have definitely passed on jobs to stay in a good situation.

Fans are gonna go nuts if we beat Minnesota! On the flip side they will go nuts if we lose also. Big week to see who our football team really is.
They won’t go nuts if the Lions lose especially if it’s in a close affair.. most having the Lions lose his game anyways, so if anything it fans will “go nuts” if the Lions WIN, yeah.. that’s the whole point of going “nuts” it’s because you did something that most didn’t expect you to do ☝️but had a feeling you COULD do.. 😉
#1 in “explosive plays” #2 in scoring…I know it’s only two weeks in but I don’t remember starting a season off this well offensively even with Stafford. 🤷♂️
Ben Johnson is the 1st OC I’ve seen the Lions have that actually sets plays up and uses misdirection to his advantage. Those are things Lions fans just aren’t use to seeing 😂

We have guys open off of play design now and not just talent. This is new for us
The most impressive thing I saw Ben Johnson do was, he ran the exact same offensive formation 5 times then all of a sudden St.Brown was running 10 yards downfield before Washington realized he had the ball.
The play went for 58 yards.

The lions have the highest scoring offense in the NFL. The bills scored 1 more point then the lions but 7 of those points were actually scored on a pick 6
one thing we getting from this organization we never got before is transparency…..I never seen a lions staff so much on my media and TV feeds ever in life.
i love this organization right now they have made all the right move. Even keeping Goff has it’s ups and downs but appears to be working out for the best it’s fun to see for sure.

I’m a Eagles fan. Right now the Lions are surprising people. When defensive coordinators see more of the Lions offense after 6 or 7 games then let’s see how good he is. The same goes for my Eagles and Jalen Hurts.
Tbh after 7 games lions will be really hard to figure out because of Jamie Williams so they should get even better after he get some playing time

Having a running game (#1 in yards before contact) is such a refreshing change. So many years through the Stafford era, guys were getting hit right at the LOS and it always seemed we ended up in 3rd and long situations because of it. Having short yardage on second down is key to having success in this league

It’s still early but this guy seems to be an up and comer, the kind of young innovative OC other teams have been poaching for HC jobs. I just hope we are able to keep him around long enough for the ultimate payoff. Him, Fraley, and Staley impress me the most as far as assistant coaches go. I know Holmes hasn’t done Glenn too many favors on the defensive side of the ball so the jury is still out on him in my mind. Credit Coach Campbell for promoting and trusting this guy. The team has a storied history of losing smart position coaches to other teams extending back as far as Don Shula. It would nice to see one stick around the organization long-term.
