I think the fact that they worry SO MUCH about getting the running game going is short-sighted. That’s limiting your scope, your vision of what your offense could be.
The Titans offensive identity starts with Derek Henry and being physical in the run game.. however I agree the pass game is where the league has gone and if you’re not converting on 3rd down then you can’t sustain drives. They couldn’t sustain drives and Josh Allen and Stefon Diggs were too effective against the Titans secondary. Unless Tannehill and Burks or Woods become the main target to sustain drives their offense will continue to struggle.
The O line has shown no signs of being able to open any hole or protect Qb at all. Edge rushers are in back field before QB to hand off or pass.

Agreed Derek was getting stuffed in the backfield and couldn’t get good holes or build any downhill momentum.
The O-Line needs to block better at the line of scrimmage to allow Henry to get going.
