I think people have to be realistic. This has to be looked at as Trevor and this team’s first year. Let Doug and this staff get this year in. This year is not going to be great and we all know that even though we want them to be great. Next year is and should be the year

I watch every press conference this team releases and have for years. This is by far the most competent staff we’ve had in a long time and it is night and day compared to last season.
At the very least these guys sound like they know what they’re talking about and they make you feel it too. That may not always translate to the win column but its a breath of fresh air to hear our coach answer questions with such detail. You can tell Doug lives and breathes football and really has his staff and players believing they have a chance every game.
