@Cobham’s Finest Carter is very underrated and stepped up to fill in for Keenan I’m not too worried about our offense with Herbert at QB. JC is also a maybe but our defense played really well against a really good raiders offense last week without JC so it’ll be a close one
@Vercingetorix7000 did you forget the chargers are the only team to beat the chiefs at home in the past 2 years? Playoffs mean nothing to a teams 1 game performance let’s take the dolphins for example who didnt make the playoffs multiple times but during regular season beat brady with the Patriots stop talking with feelings XD

The Chargers rushed the ball almost as many times (31) as Herbert passed it (34). How come no rushing highlights? The Chargers averaged 2.5 yds. per rush, Money would have shown some rushing highlights. That’s not a criticism of Daniel Jeremiah, he and Chris make a great team.
2.5 yards per rush? What kind of a “highlight reel” would that be? Irrelevant comment.
@Hal Holman You nailed it Hal, thank you. Worst yards per carry in the NFL Sunday, 31 attempts. Almost as many rushing attempts as passing attempts. Lombardi called a horrible game. Herbert’s a generational talent, let Herbert be Herbert. It’ll be fun and entertaining like it’s supposed to be. 3 yards and a cloud of dust worked great for Vince Lombardi 50 yrs ago, not in today’s NFL. Unless you have a top 3 in the league runner which the Chargers don’t. Thanks again for being perceptive and commenting. Cheers!

I think we are going to see the Charger secondary show out! Combined with good pressure and solid play in the defensive backfield the Chargers get a few more interceptions and this time the offense capitalizes on them and the Chargers win 35- 28

The only turnover worthy throw Mahomes made last week was a throw in the red zone, a jump ball to a backup TE Noah Gray. Gray broke the play up for an incompletion, but it very well could’ve been an INT. He did throw another ball up for grabs after an AZ defender jumped offsides, but he knew he had the flag so there really wasn’t a risk there.
Even after years of proving otherwise there continues to be a misnomer that Mahomes is a gunslinger that doesn’t take care of the football. The truth is he’s Brett Favre without the turnovers, and he just doesn’t make many mistakes in the pocket, out of the pocket, feet set, on the move, left or right. He does not have a weakness except for his idiotic brother and annoying wife.
All you can do is play coverage, rush four, and hope he has a rare bad day.
