@Tykeem Sills LMAO The most points Darnold put up for us last year was 28 points. We only reached 30 once, and he didnt even play. LOL at the people who hate Mayfield to the point they come off as brain dead.
@Dustin Barlow he hit two wide open receivers in the 4th outside of blown coverage he didn’t do anything but throw interception and drop the snaps the other 3 quarters. We must have been watching two different mayfields lol
@Chad Allen You dont score on four of your last five possessions in the game by doing nothing. Baker was a possession away from hanging a 30 burger on Cleveland, which is a top 5 defense.

why all the talk about the offense??? the defense lost this game…. the offense ranked 14th in the nfl.. qnd scored 24 points
Rush defense did terrible but passing did ok, the guys have it in them I know we lost but look at what defense did in the 1st quarter at least. Nobody scored for both teams and that proves at least our defense has potential but they need to show it

One huge mistake they made was not jamming Foreman between the tackles that tandem with him and C Mac would be a system that Baker would very familiar with

I am impressed with McAdoo so far. Seems like he actually can make changes during the game, and is well aware of the problems and has solutions.
Baker is not used to having this kind of respect & coaching. Sure hope it clicks game 2, but do think it hurt them not giving Baker more reps since he came in so late.

Reps. It’s about reps. For the Oline to gel and move toward mind reading and synchronicity. For the center and Bake to sense one another. First half was the reps they haven’t yet had as a team. Second half was all that starting to gel.
