He can’t even make sideline throws without air mailing the pass 2feet over open receivers.. Nico was open many times, Mills has ZERO awareness
we need a good QB, to lead this team , Texans are a good team with no, QB
Mills hasn’t showed anything to justify his position as a starting QB.

Davis Mills has played 9 quarters this season. 2 1/2 good quarters and 6 1/2 TERRIBLE quarters. He has 15 games left to prove himself or he will be a floater from team to team. Defense has played well enough to be 2-0. These 2 losses are 100% on Mills

For the first 3 quarters the defense was up to the task, however the passing offense appeared shaky and lacking confidence, again this week several receivers were overthrown and several wide open receivers were missed in favor of the one initially selected. I don’t think anyone can deny that the biggest issue the Texans have right now is inconsistent quarterback play, had we had “good” QB play, we would now be 2-0 instead of 0-0-1.

Mills needs to self-discipline, and the offense needs to start working on their overall formation. Like Lovie said, give him more time, and if he can figure out the passing, that’ll really patch things up IMO

Davis mills threw the ball high and at times doesn’t have accuracy of putting the football in wide receiver hands.
Bench Davis mills ,I’ll rather have driskel, least he has common sense to run when being pressured,n supposedly we suppose to be run 1st ,so how mills kept throwing n we went away from the run when pierce was averaging almost 5.0 a carry
Defense doing their part. Both Colts & Broncos practically giving game away and offense can’t capitalize!
Offensively you have to be able to put together a drive every quarter . When you can do that you’ll win consistently .
Next year draft we need a QB a strong one

We lost this game because 50% of Mills passes were off target and un-catchable. It all starts with the quarterback. And let’s remember, at this point he is no rookie. Started 15 NFL games for the Texans. It’s way past time to (work on it) improve and get better. We’re only 2 games in and we’re already calling for a change at quarterback. It’s that obvious.
Welp I always said we needed another QB since Watson left and that Mill’s couldn’t cut it. Back to the drawing board for a QB this season is done.
