Let’s Freaking Go!!

Nikki Covington

The Minnesota Vikings did very good today and had crazy day with the offense and defense and beat the Packers 23-7 and it looked like they wanted to win so bad and Guess what the Vikings won against the Packers and Justin Jefferson was a insane wide receiver today Justin Jefferson just had a day and Burns out Jaire Alexander and Jaire Alexander didn’t even lockdown and didn’t stop Justin Jefferson at all and Justin Jefferson had 9 rec balls, 184 yards and 2 touchdowns against the Packers defense of Cornerbacks and Safety and that penalty there was not penalty at all he did not even do a P I and there was no penalty at all for Justin Jefferson that was a mistake by the referee and Justin Jefferson was insane today and he was wide open. Justin Jefferson won the game and the Aaron Rodgers got sacked by the Minnesota Vikings defense 4 times as of his former team Za’Darius Smith, Danielle Hunter, Jordan Hicks and DJ Wonnum and there was also almost interception by the former player Chandon Sullivan and he was very close. There was also a hug of Kevin O’Connell to Justin Jefferson for the huge wide open run and touchdown.

    MIKERUPTION

Thank you for your game summaries! This isn’t the first one from you I’ve read. Your recaps help to keep the excitement level up. 👍

    Nikki Covington

    @MIKERUPTION 👍🏻

    Alex Ya boy Ally G

Jaire only let one pass for 7 yards jaire wasn’t the problem or 2 passes I can’t remember

Rodgers attempting to block Zadarius was one of the funnier things I’ve seen lately. I appreciate him giving it “the ol college try” though. Z was a monster today! Most fun I’ve had watching a Vikings game in a while.

    The Welsh Gamer

You said it, watching last night’s game was FUN, it was a pleasure to watch, haven’t smiled whistle to whistle like that for years #SKOL💜

    Tim 4cn

    Right ✅ on bro… good 👍 post

    Tim 4cn

@MIKERUPTION ohh yeah wasn’t it Dillon that got smoked by big Z

    John Swanson

“Z” should’ve let up on his hit to Rodgers, the play was way past him at that point. But “Z” really impresses me for the first game anyway…. he needs to keep it up

Cole Trickle

I cannot wait for this years Voyage to come out

    The Californian Refugee

I’m not sure they’re gonna do it

Jeffrey LaMere

Well said Ben, on a clean game played by our team.

Skols and Bones

In my opinion, this was a W on many levels. They barely showed Theilen, Irv Smith, and KJ which means hopefully the Eagles try to double JJ and the others can eat

    o1GAUGES1o

Exactly, why show all cards week 1 when you can let jj eat all day then throttle down at the end and win comfortably

Mike Campbell

Didn’t look like the same team, hopefully this is the norm for the Vikings and we peak at the right time

SLIM REAPER

Rodgers has SKOLiosis in his neck! What a game boys.

    Wake Up Folks

    HAHAHA 😄😄

Ren Drag

Still need to get some run defense and center. That pass rush though!! Wooo!! Offense could be really dangerous.

The Truth

Shore up the run defense and this team has some real potential to be dangerous and a true SB threat.

Tee Moncrief

Super bowl bound Skol !!

Clinton Reisig

Great comments! Team and staff were all doing good in all phases of the game

Florence Dahl

Literally impressive game not too shabby for the first year head football coach Kevin O’Connell 👏 👍 👌

Smitty Werben Jaggerman-Jensen

Probs to Greg Jospeh too! He also nailed a 56yds FG like it was nothing

    macracer49

Such a fun game to attend. Only saw a few of his Jerseys glad I had my Greg Joseph jersey on!!

Ronald Petetsen

Great game, the team was humming!!
Where is Paul Allen?

Mike Smith

We got lucky today, defense still needs some work and the O-line needs it too. Not worried about anyone but GB, our rookie did pretty well considering who was in front of him most the game, which probably saved a ugly showing by GB.
Defense needs work on the line a little and linebackers for sure, Kendricks didn’t show up until very late only making like 1 play, might be some of the fault of the line, all correctable with who we have.
The biggest issue I have currently is, everyone is saying JJ this and that, mvp, ect… He is great don’t get me wrong at all, but someone has to throw the ball to him. There was at least 1 that everyone saw when Kirk made a audible and had to make the throw. Kirk balled out for the most part, I only saw 3 errors and none of them cost us, again, lucky.

    John Swanson

They had Kendricks focus on the run game, which never really took off. Coaches knew that the run game was the real threat, not the passing game with all the inexperience with the receiver corps

This is gonna be a special yr for Vikings SKOL

Tim 4cn

Congratulations 👏 to Kevin for putting in all that hard work and having it pay off.. it’s a long season… on to Philly… LET’S FRICKING GO

Packers WRs are young, the GB O line was really banged up, the Vikings offense was average in the red zone, the Vikings offensive play calling was average at best. The defensive play calling was great, they out played GBs offense. Vikings special teams was amazing, coverage on punts and the kicking game was on point. All in all, great win, but the Vikings usually beat the Pack at home, so not really surprising. The best part, the Vikings are “new”, it will take 3 or 4 games for players to get acclimated to the play calling and tendencies of their new teammates. I am excited, but also realistic, it’s one game, at home, against a division rival that we normally win against, give them a few weeks and hopefully they beat the teams they SHOULD beat and maybe pull out a few shockers.
