Lets shock the world this season boys !!!!

    Jose Zarate

    💯💯

    Sara Johnson

So 9 wins instead of 8…its not looking good. I’m prepared for 4 or 5 wins

    Garrett Kjellberg

@Sara Johnson exactly ZIM was the best head coach we’ve had since Bud Grant lol. This 36 year old kid and young GM are a huge gamble.

    Seal Train

@Garrett Kjellberg zim wasn’t able to close games

    Garrett Kjellberg

@Seal Train Or kirk couldn’t win those close games? We lost 11 games by one score lol. Another knock on kirk is he’s all about the money and not the team, thing’s aren’t always as they appear.

Cine likely wasn’t going to play anyways. Hope we can stay healthy this season. Lets SKOL! Thanks for the transparency!

    I wanna talk to Sampson

Cine likely not playing more then 100 snaps all year so him staying healthy isn’t a big deal either way

    Connor Spiess

@I wanna talk to Sampson Cine will play probably 20 snaps a game at least

    Seal Train

3 safeties on the field becoming more common

Barbara Dahl

Skol Vikings and go beat Green Bay Packers

I’ve got a good feeling about the ways they can use Reagors skill set in this offense

    Purple Punch 420

@Rob E I think in retrospect if the Eagles would’ve drafted JJ they would’ve been calling him a bust by now too, I don’t think Reagor himself was a mistake but the Eagles taking any WR would’ve been a mistake. They just don’t have the QB that can help receivers reach their ceiling and I wouldn’t be surprised if Reagor has more receptions, receiving yards and TDs than all the Eagles WRs (not combined but individually) by the end of the season.

    Rob E

@Purple Punch 420 Dude, after looking at the tape and analysis you can find on YT of Reagor, and all the data on ProFootball Reference etc – that’s exactly the conclusion I’ve reached.
I think Devonta Smith is the benchmark. I mean that guy looked better than Chase and JJ – and won a CFBCG for Bama before the half. He got fewer than 1000 yards at a catch rate of only 61% with Hurts having all day behind a top 3 O Line.
JJ caught 70% when Kirk was protected by Reiff, Dozier, Bradbury and Elflein!
Waddle caught 74% of Tua’s passes behind that disastrous Dolphins line.
I know other factors affect that, but on face value – Devonta should have at least had JJ type numbers.

If Reagor had just matched Aiyuk’s production his first 2 seasons – the Eagles would be expecting a breakout year just like the 9ers are. Now I think the Vikes will see that!!
    Skol!

    Purple Punch 420

@Rob E I like to believe under the mentorship of Thielen and coaching of McCardell that Reagor’s potential can be unlocked, Minnesota is ideal for WR development and on pace to possibly produce 3 of the top 5 WRs in NFL history if JJ can keep pace.

    Quandex -

@Purple Punch 420 yes. I’m thinking the same thing. Like a percy harvin type player. A fun gadget guy, we can use , who’s not gonna get a lot of attention, because 17,18,19 are gonna be the focuses.

    Purple Punch 420

@Quandex – They can send over Brown and Smith if they think those guys suck too. We all know for a fact AJ Brown can play but let’s see his numbers at the end of the season and pay attention to his averages as well. The Eagles think the problem is their WRs and Brown is gonna fix that but they will ruin him because the problem is Hurts inaccuracy and volume as a passer.

Time to rock n roll guys Skol Vikings 💯😇🙏❤🏈😎👍

Marcelino Gallardo

As a Vikings fan I know not to get excited for seasons because I know they’re going to disappoint but I’m excited for the season whatever reason so Kevin Kirk and defensive line don’t screw it up

    your mom

    That didn’t make any sense

    David Johnson

You came to the wrong place if you’re looking for sense.

    Neil Zetah

    ZERO TURNOVERS

    Marcelino Gallardo

Rex Rogers

Matt Willers

His body language says the opposite of what he says of the D-Line

Billy Joel

Let’s go Vikes !

The One And Only

i love this guy already

So why did we pass on Linderbaum to draft a backup safety in the 1st round? The plan must be to move on from Smith next year

    Rob E

Haven’t you answered your own question. Smith is 33 – Kwesi drafts Cine, Peterson is 33 – Kwesi drafts Booth & Evans, Thielen is 32 – Kwesi trades for 1st rounder Reagor, Kendricks & Hicks are both 30 – Kwesi drafts Asamoah.
This is what Kwesi meant when he talked about succession planning in is introductory presser.
Kwesi signed solid FAs who can start at our worst positions – Peterson, Sullivan, Hicks, Phillips, Bullard, Chris Reed, Jesse Davis – then drafted young talent for the future – that doesn’t have to start until they’re ready.
Ingram is the first rookie to be ready. Cine will likely be next.

    Dan Fontaine

isn’t it funny how fans just jump to conclusions and complain no matter what. Never happy. How bout we see how they perform before asking for Kwesis head. He is most often the smartest man in the room. How else could he move up the NFL ranks coming from a non football career. With no nepotism.

    Rob E

@Dan Fontaine I agree Dan. Most fans ave about 1% of the information that our front office has. Some fans seem to think it’s just Kwesi doing everything by himself.

What I enjoy most is hearing about Kwesi’s latest move and then researching the player, or implications on the salary cap etc, and he never ceases to impress. I wasn’t familiar with Ingram, but man, since watching his LSU tape after the draft, ‘ve been posting non-stop that he wasn’t a reach and would be the 1st rookie to start.

To me Kwesi has addressed the most pressing weaknesses on the starting roster, in a very structured way.
First he signed high value, low cost FAs able to start week 1 – Phillips, Hicks, Sullivan, Peterson, Chris Reed.
Then drafted to upgrade the talent at the weakest positions and to replace our aging starters – Cine, Booth/Evans, Ingram, Asamoah, Otomewo.
He also made some opportunistic signings as picks – Zadarius, Chandler, Vederian Lowe.
Finally, he arguably made his best roster moves of the whole offseason

    1. Adding Mullen to address the biggest vulnerability on the roster.

    2. Jettisoning the Jesse Davis contract which became superfluous when Ingram progressed faster than expected.

    3. Adding Blacklock, a borderline 1st round talent for virtually 10 or 20 spots at the very end of the draft, might easily give us more value than a 1st or 2nd round pick in 2023.

    4. Reagor, I think is even better, a definite 1st round talent for really the equivalent of a 6th round pick. Reagor might still be on his 5th year option before Kwesi has to hand over the draft pick!
I was disappointed that we didn’t draft Jameson Williams, and wondered then about the irony of trading for Reagor. I think Vikes fans that think he is a WR4 are delusional – he was picked at 21 and KJ was picked at 176 – with 30+ WRs in between.

The first time he takes off, I think Vikes fans will realise that he is different, and the same when he jumps for a contested catch.

The Eagles didn’t draft him by mistake – teams were having trouble separating him, Aiyuk & Hamler, so he would have been picked soon after, if the Eagles had passed on him.

I think that faction of negative Vikes fans will be pretty quiet on Sunday evening.
And after week 2, I can see Eagles fans being more pissed off about the Reagor trade, than the have been about the pick!!
    SkoL!

    Seal Train

    @Rob E I really liked Jameson too

    Rob E

@Seal Train McCardell must have had a reason for passing on him. Maybe the injury worries, or they saw his thin frame as a liability, or maybe he didn’t interview very well. Kwesi and KO seem to put a premium on attitude and intelligence.
On reflection, I think an NFL ready Reagor on a two year rental for a couple of throwaway picks, and Kwesi’s extended draft haul, will work out better than an injured Jameson. Reagor might even turn out the better player.

Puddin Tane

I think KOC is pumped, but he does seem, nervous. Skol!!

    Joe Mendoza

How could he nervous if he was in the super bowl 🏈

Joey Pesek

He seems zoned in and ready to go! Glad you’re here Kevin and I know you’ll do great

max george

Take a shot everytime he says obviously

Tr4v3ler

I love that hat!

anemic est 87

Every year we seem ready to go, I just wanna see us in a champion ship game again so badly 😩 25 years and still strong, give us a season to remember the way moss did!!!

zach rizzo

I think the Rams will be really missing Kevin this season.

    Deez Pleez

    Yesterday showed

Rob E

I think Vikes fans will see within Reagor’s first few touches why ISM is no longer on the roster, and how quickly KJ could be relegated to WR4.
Reagor was a freak at college, and it looks like the Eagles did not have the QB or coaching nous to know how to use him. Devonta Smith would have well over 1000 yards with any other roster – Waddle got a 1000 with Tua behind the worst O Line in the league, Hurts was behind the best…
We just need to forget Reagor’s time at the Eagles.

c0cksm4ck

God I love KOC already.

Seal Train

I’m hoping our DTs hold up in the run defense 🤞

Obviously
