Abrams was Ballin all over the field . He will have a year to remember and his contract is coming from the Raiders .
It makes me so happy. Abrams was hitting fools! His timing on pass breakups was at an elite level yesterday. If he plays this good all year he might be an all pro. Lofty expectations I know, but yesterday I saw the number 27th pick in the 2019 first round living up to that. Hope he keeps it up because it’s exciting to watch!

Nah, he is just ESTABLISHING that number 1 connection… He had to do that because those plays were called for him… That’s Josh McDaniels doing that and that’ll make defenses pay more attention to Adams and then Carr can spread it🙏
Derek if you start scrambling for yardage when its there it will be an added weapon defenses will have to account for.
Man if he would climb the pocket let alone run towards the side lines to extend the play he wouldn’t have to rush a throw
@Raiderwraps831 I feel you. But I wouldnt exactly say he rushes a throw.I actually think he holds on too long at times along with getting tunnel vision. Many times he’s staring down Adams and Waller was open down the middle or Renfrow was open on the other side. He needs to scope out the whole field a bit better.
I will definitely say that NATE HOBBS is a Dawg. He is the next great CB for the raiders!

There were a lot of long developing plays on the raiders and the offensive line is not built for Derek to stay in the pocket for five seconds he needs to get the ball out quicker. Play calling. Allow carr adjust and audible
Sloppy loosing is bad…Raiders lost because of sloppy football…when two teams play high level of accuracy there are no loosers…when a pro team makes repeated blatant errors missing recievers bad passing that is unexceptable…especially when this repeats year after year…it’s a carousel ride going nowhere…
I’m glad Renfrow acknowledged he wasn’t running hard every play. I was at the game and noticed more than a few times him running half speed.
Hunter is sure great. Always humble and accountable even though I thought he played well, just wasn’t targeted much. That is leadership.
Some of you’re blaming this on Josh? 🤣 I’m really happy about only three penalties for eleven yards. We should be celebrating🍾 based on that alone Raider Nation. The six sacks and three interceptions were the difference in this game. I think more execution than planning, the plays were out there. The Chargers Raiders team stats are relatively similar outside of the turnovers and sacks.

I hate losing but we were too over confident in the field making sloppy calls. Week 1 is a wake up call for our players and coaching staff. Proud of our defense. Feels like a championship defense. We will come back stronger.
