Cam could still play QB for more than a few of the teams in the NFL & be better than what they have starting & is way better than any back ups the cowboys have that’s for sure. Hot take but who really wants to play for the cowboys? If I’m Cam I’m saying no thank you, you can’t even protect the one you got & I like being able to walk without a limp. š¤£

By the time a new QB is comfortable with the playbook, Dak will be ready to return to the field.
I mean if youāre the cowboys youāre obviously desperate, you need a tough qb who can run decent because whoever they go with will be running for their lives. Go to him with a cheap deal with incentives and who knows, maybe you can win you 3-4 games and not completely screw the season.
AJ McCarron, Chase Daniel, Cooper Rush, Blake Bortles will all have the cowboys 0-6. At least Cam could still provide a factor in the run game and those WR all just ran short routes Sunday. Cam would be an upgrade and could serve as a backup. He rushed for what 12 touchdowns only two years ago? And his first start back in Carolina he had 3 total touchdowns and no turnovers. Call Cam!!

Cam Newton is the first name that I thought of when Dak got hurt. Get that #1 Jersey ready and bring him to Dallas! Newton is almost 6 ft 6, and can crash the line for a touchdown, instead of Dallas’s usual affinity for kicking field goals. Failing that, the Cowboys will just continue on with another season of failure, no playoffs, and drift further away from ever winning a Super Bowl again. Oh, but they have a great stadium though, wow!!! LOL!
