Contracts are not synonymous to winning the Super Bowl, it has to do with previous play and future outlook. Only one team wins the Super Bowl every year and 100s players get contracts based on supply and demand is the value of it.
Most pro sports contracts are Future Value based rather than performance based.
Dak has yet to show the ability or potential to throw his receivers open.
With recent revelations the routes are option-based, it’s near impossible to ‘throw a receiver open’ without knowing first which option they choose. It also explains why Dak ‘burps the baby’ waiting to throw. Dak deserves his share of blame for his shortcomings.
