Folks. When you don’t have many premier players. And you’re bad at QB. And have a young WR core—there’s only so much THE LINE is going to get you.

How many years of failures before people realize you don’t WIN games in the trenches? You can START there. But if that’s your game plan, the best OL in history is going to wash out. Expect to see the unit continue to struggle until they have some guys who can make plays. Maybe it’s Swift, Williams or Hock. If it isn’t? Watch out.

@Independent Aquaman RAMS O LINE WAS NOT AND IS NOT BETTER THAN OURS NOW. Chiefs now have a top unit in league as well.

@Detroit Made Chiefs Oline sucked the year they lost. Rams Oline last year was better than our last year Oline.

Then you have the wrong likes. You want to lose the most important games.

That’s according to plan. Goff or big pieces go down then we will be in prime position to get our franchise QB

Goes for a lot of teams though. Good to see there’s depth in the RB and WR department. Defense depth is “Ehh” at best in my opinion. For about every team in the NFL though, if your starting QB goes down, you better say a prayer.

@It’s Kyuu I wouldn’t root for any one of our players to get injured. Goff is the QB for the Lions, I hope he does well. He’s not a bad QB. I’m not saying he’s a HOF QB, but let’s just see what he can do this year with the tools he’s been given. I don’t want to keep losing, so I don’t want our QB to get hurt or play like trash, regardless of who it is.

@Nolan Zeigler Yeah it’s pretty obvious that Brad Holmes is in way over his head as an NFL GM. You wait until final cut down Tuesday to replace obvious bums like Boyle and Blough. They should never have been on the roster in the first place. They both stink out loud.

@Jeffrey Mancini Don’t bash Holmes, he has had 2 great drafts so far. Boyle is not good at all. He should have never been here. It’s a little different with Blough. And I agree they should have gotten somebody way sooner but you can’t say something that harsh about a GM so soon bc no one is perfect and not all decisions pan out

@Jeffrey Mancini yeah, because wasting draft capital or free agency money on a qb you hope will never play makes sense in the middle of a rebuild. Just wait until roster cutdown and we’ll get one.

@Jonathan Solis I think he’ll cost to much for 1 and he wants a starting job for 2 but I like where your head is at. There will be some other choices though…I don’t believe Holmes is done yet, we’re #2 on the waiver wire btw😉
