Right!?!? Chidobe Awuzie finished right behind Ramsey for second on the PFF list and didn’t make the top 100. He and Apple were one of the few players to intercept the league MVP. Jd
@Thibodeaux Talks and Ramsey was #45 in man coverage snaps, #90 in catches allowed, #23 in passer rating allowed, and a bunch of other bad stats lmao. He’s incredibly overrated. Great corner, but got burned a ton this year
The funny thing is I think he would be the best safety in the league if he decided to play that position in the NFL
yup, he played some safety at Florida State too. I think 5-6 years from now he’ll be able to make a smooth transition, especially with him being such a good tackler for a CB
They been switching him over a lil more
What about Justin Simmons? He’s one of the best safeties in the NFL, that doesn’t miss a snap. He can make plays

He’s such a well-rounded guy and willing to make tackles. You don’t have to like his personality, but he’s the ideal CB for today’s passing offenses

That’s the most underrated part about his game…. He’s a corner that runs like a corner but tackles like a linebacker/safety
He played safety at college so it makes sense, don’t be surprised if he gets moved every now and then, and as he gets older he might convert

Love that they interviewed Van first. For those that don’t know, Jalen and Van are not only teammates but went to highschool at 2 rival schools in Brentwood, TN. Jalen was a legend when Van was going thru, and Van starting his own legend right now.

Yep, I went to Ravenwood during Van’s first year there and saw both of them play. Truly men against boys, and we have some dawgs in middle TN.
@d0gmatic actually he’s one of the worst WRs in the NFL I don’t understand why the Rams liked Van Jefferson alot he’s been inconsistent uninspiring & he’s not that good at all.

He’s like a reincarnation of Richard Sherman. Him and Sherm are so alike. Both amazing at reading the Qb and following WR’s hips. Both have great hands. Both extremely tall and physically intimidating
And Both were 100% confident and arrogant when it comes to thier ability to SHUT YOU DOWN. Imagine if they had both played on the same team
Ramsey is better in man coverage, Sherman isn’t as athletic, physical, or strong, and more slim. But sherm is better in zone and a better ball hawk.
