Gonna be tough who’s gonna get cut this coming Tuesday since they all played very well except for Leatherwood 🤦♂️
Rather be in a position where everyone so good that its hard to choose who leaves rather than struggling to fill each position.

Leatherwood looks like he should be a beast, but he is just a constant disappointment. I thought he looked a little better in this game though.

Leatherwood is really good at run blocking but really really needs to work on his pass blocking
He can be a solid guard, possibly a very good one eventually, but he can’t figure out his hand placement at RT, and his confidence is shot. No way they can put him out there against any NFL starting edge, let alone the beasts in the division. If they do move on from him, I think he’ll get snapped right up and work fine at guard for somebody.
this is insane. in 2012, like 5 players played like this. Now even the 85th guy is playing his heart out

I wish we could keep all of these guys. Our 2nd, 3rd, and beyond stringers have beaten teams starters all preseason. We haven’t even seen what the starters will do. I hope we keep the best players and this season looks like we have depth at every position.

@Dalonzo Long problem with practice squad is we have to release them 1st. I don’t see some of these players lingering long before getting an offer for an actual roster. I hope we are able practice squad them all.
Haven’t seen allot of depth at DT this preseason
Disciplined football is WINNING FOOTBALL. 13 penalties and zero turnovers in four games…they carry that over, this team is going to make a legit run.
The Raiders second and third team put it on their starting O and D. I’m impressed 👏 Redzone deficiencies still exist, but I know the first team won’t have that problem.
It legitimately looks like all we need is a competent RT and the sky is the limit.

Defense played superb today. Smart, talented well coached football team. I continue to really like what I’m seeing in all three phases (shout out to AJ’s leg).
Masterson and Butler are bright spots! We’ve always lacked good linebackers and now we have some young bulls!
When you have great coaches, you get great players. When you have great players, you have a great organization. You tell the players just one thing, Just Win Baby!
First time in a long time where the raiders are the better coached team.
I don’t think I have ever been so excited about an upcoming season as I am this year. Realistically, the starters didn’t play at all, yet the discipline and play calling we saw all preseason has me pumped about what the starters will do.
Raiders playing good. It’s going to be a good division
I know it’s preseason but the attention to details, turnovers, minimal penalties etc. shows you how much a new coaching staff can change the culture, especially when our best players (who aren’t even playing) are the type of leaders they are because it trickles down from the top. I’m impressed and very optimistic about the future. 🏴☠️
The Depth on the Raiders is Deep! They got ballers all over. I predict a Super Bowl run. The Raiders will win AFC West division.

It starts from the top. General management, head coaching then to the field. Disciplined & execution is what we lacked with Gruden. Hard to give it your all when you hate who you’re playing for
This is the most disciplined Raiders team I have seen in over a decade. Possibly longer.
