Please hire Charlie Weis again..give Mac Jones his Bama offense back or some sort of the 03-04-07-11-14.

    stéphane A

Bama offense needs wide open receivers.

Peter Karel Kraus

That was a wreck.

Joseph Medeiros

I got to say Mac has to watch those pick offs. Offense looked horrible at first penalties just like last season is going to cost them games just like last season. Just like he said execution of play’s is key to wining games.

BlueHen123

They started to play better once the Raiders 3rd team defense entered.

    Merrowjake84

    Dude I’m a pats fan…. And I started rolmao when I read this 😂🤣😂

    Iron Mutation45

That’s the bad part about it.

    mike thomas

You know it’s bad when your first team can’t beat their 2nd team defense
Something is definitely wrong idk why they want to change the offense obviously none of them know what they are doing calling or designing plays. This team is finished and this coming from a pats fan.

Peter Karel Kraus

Pats need to be looking at OL.from Ohio State, Wisconsin and Michigan. All weather “hogs”.

Patrick Paleo

I don’t understand why we switched schemes? Mac looked like he could run it it was effective even though I think they have a bunch of average weapons some of which just couldn’t pick up the scheme. That interception I dont know what that call was. By the time he got rid of it no one was open you can remove the guy who intercepted it and the Wr would still not be open

    freepeople091

They know that even with that scheme Mac’s ceiling ain’t high so they switched to the Shanahan style offense that currently dominates the NFL without actually hiring coaches that have the experience to implement it

    Derek E

The oline failed on that int play. The crossing route was open, but Mac got pressure up the middle and had to move. The receiver worked back towards him but that put the LB directly in the passing lane.

    Patrick Paleo

@freepeople091 dude he looked just fine last year so it’s not the ceiling. Ceilings are not movable everyone’s is the same its how many things you can master to get to the top and last year Mac had a lot of intangibles that his classmates didn’t have. And don’t come back at me on what everyone says what a ceiling is these are also the idiots who across the board quoted about Football IQ as if IQ’s work that way. The system they had lent itself just fine to what Mac capabilities are and with better decisions and the right people around him would good to go. The Wr’s suck I don’t think there smart enough or good enough to play our style. See Chad Ocho, great receiver but couldn’t pick up the scheme.

    Patrick Paleo

@Derek E wouldn’t he have had to get the ball out before failure? Has Belichick given an explanation on why they are changing philosophies?

patskers1

Starts with the OL. They need some cohesion.

Paris Brunner

Said it before and I’ll say it again, they are picking top 5 in the draft

    DankChewy

Can’t miss on a pick in the top 5 right !??🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴

stéphane A

The sad thing is that I don’t see anything new in that offense that explain all this trouble.

Richard Sousa

Every positive play was when OLine met their assignments. All the negative plays were related to linemen getting pushed around. Wynn needs to go, 10 million for a guy who doesn’t know where to go and can’t make more than one push a play. Waste

HANIF7G

It’s a process. 🏈

Luke

Patricia and Judge just isn’t gonna work. I knew it wouldn’t from the moment it was announced that they’d call plays. The defense is their only hope of being a playoff team and even that isn’t looking up

Joseph Medeiros

I have to say I’m my opinion Mac Jones is starting to remind me of Drew Bledsoe throwing the ball without seeing the field because he is frustrated. Mac Jones definitely has the ability to be a great quarterback but he has to not let broken play’s get to him . In his defense though that offense line has to get better, first series of play’s offensive line didn’t protect Mac Jones very well dropped block’s and gave Mac Jones no time to throw the ball. Mac Jones also has to learn to just throw the ball away when there is nothing there. Better to just throw the ball away and lose the play is stead of turning the ball over or losing ground on the play.

    mike thomas

Well it’s frustrating when your offensive line can’t protect or give you a clean pocket they look clueless I’m sorry but this team is finished Miami is going to eat us alive. This is 9-7 team or worse and people keep
Getting hurt too which doesn’t help.

    Joseph Medeiros

@mike thomas I agree 100% right now is a crucial year for Mac Jones he needs to develop his mind because if he continues to get frustrated on the field like he is doing now he will continue to make bad decisions and in return he will throw interceptions on crucial downs and lose games. I know the team had to revamp after losing probably one of the best offensive couches around plus they are a younger team now so there is plenty of room for growth so I am excited to see them all grow together as a team to be competitive with other great teams.

    Kenzoツ

He knows to do all of those things you are saying. He is just not executing his knowledge.

mike thomas

They just need to give Mac good protection and help in the run game. Pound the ball and open up the passing game

matthew thompson

Mac is doing everything right , it’s not his fault ; it’s the play calling by the coaches . I hate it for him because he has a lot of talent and it sucks he cant express it with the players and coaches around him .

Derek E

We don’t have a real OC with a 2nd year QB and everyone is wondering why they look so bad. Do we not use our brains?

Theultimateguy

“relax” “calmdown its only preseason” ” we won 6 super bowls bil will figure it out” as a pats fan im gonna stop having these delusional type thoughts in my head that the other fans have. Its time to accept the truth bill is nothing without brady , the guys ego is killing him. Look at our team in 2017 and see how many great players bill let go becuase he dint want to pay them because he thinks he can easily replace them when time after time it flops we barley won that 2018 superbowl and were struggling before we made a great run game that saved us.

let Bill keep playing like this and I swear Rober kraft will fire him. Tom brady was right all along, Brady knew he had to adapt with how the league is going while bill wanted the “patriot way” well look who has won more Superbowl than the other is having a great time Brady is.

Guys its time to wake up unless Bill puts his inflated ego down, take time to think for goodness sake this team will struggle and will be very outdated as years go on.poor mac’s career is gonna be ruined cause of the clowns coaching him.

Wake up to the truth , Wake up!

thebladexz

Mac man u all got to get it together

Kenzoツ

Don’t worry we need a game like this to grow from reality. A perfect preseason record gives you false confidence when you reach the season.

    chris sulaica

Look at what it did for the Philly Feagles

TheFinalSolution

This team has potential but need to fix o line
