@nrtboys One I’ve been saying the same thing man. I’m a chargers fan and I think we will be a real problem for teams, but it baffles me so many sleep on the Bengals. They had 1 weakness last year and they addressed it to the point where it’s a strength now, offensive line. Bengals scare me more than the chiefs I’ll tell you that.

All year I watched the Bengals win games they had no business winning. Competing against the NFLs best only to be the underdog every time but still win so many games. Every playoff game they were the underdog. They should of won the super bowl. I dont follow them but I think they gonna be just as big of a problem as last year
How many times can you say a team isn’t that good while watching them make it to the super bowl? The Bengals are legit. But time will tell.

Were the bills not 7-6 at one point last year? Did they not lose 9-6 to the jags? Why aren’t we holding these things against them when we crown them super bowl champs? Arm talent isn’t everything but decision making is. Brees, Manning, Montana didn’t have great arms. Brady didn’t have a great one either his first few years. But they all had well rounded teams. Idk if the Bengals will make it because anything can happen but they’re definitely contenders
Brady has a really good arm, simply because you can see how at 45 he’s still able to throw bombs. Drew Brees lost his ability to throw far I think because his shoulder injury limited his longevity, meaning as he got older, his youth couldn’t compensate for the damage his shoulder had taken.

Makes no sense to me. We treat the Bills as SB favorites after they “almost” beat the Chiefs and went 2-4 against playoffs teams.
Meanwhile the Bengals *did* beat the Chiefs and went 4-2 against playoffs teams (reg season) and they’re overrated.

I think that they will be a good team and most likely make the playoffs but i don’t see them going on a run like they did last year, moments like that only have once a lifetime
Everyone knocking down the Bengals is deja vu of last year. People saying it was stupid to draft Chase and not Sewell and would have another 4 win season last in the AFC North. But yet the first 4 weeks they had a 3-1 record and were close to beating the Packers who also had a 3-1 record at the time. Then they had 41 point games against the Steelers and Ravens then clinched the AFC North by beating the Chiefs. In the post-season people said it was a fluke and they wouldn’t end the drought and beat the Raiders in the Wild Card, until they did. People said the Titans were too good and they wouldn’t win the Divisional, until they did. People said they would never beat Mahomes on his home turf in the AFC Championship and make it to the Super Bowl. Until they did. What do the Bengals need to do to be taken seriously? They went from numerous 4-5 win seasons to BAM Super Bowl appearance for the 1st time in 30 years in ONE YEAR. And now with draft and free agency they fixed their bad o-line and bolstered their defense. The Bengals are going to be a true force and a threat in the AFC. Dismiss them at your own risk.
