Future head coach, super smart, played under several different Offensive Coordinators. Big Ben would referred to Dobbs when he would go to the sidelines and over the OC. Dobbs would suggested Plays. Now he gets to play in another offensive system. Interestingly, there was a play against the Browns that Dobbs suggested to Big Ben to run an out and up to James Washington 2 years ago for a TD.
