Prescott is a good argument too because once is contract is done, are the Cowboys gunna resign him??? Yes Hurts is playing for an extension, but I think he’ll get it with just above average play. Nothing crazy, just sticking to fundamentals and letting the playmakers do the work.
Dak has 0 argument vs hurts. Dak is proven and hurts has the best team and NEEDS to win the division and make the playoffs. If not 2 firsts and good qb class is waiting for Philly in the off-season.

@Cham Man But Lamar Jackson hasn’t shown consistency as well after his monster MVP year. After that their numbers have been pretty damn similar, yet people think he’s the greatest thing since sliced bread. Hurts just finished his first full season and he didn’t he played THAT bad so the verdict is still out. Hurts has a good situation too so it’s all up to him to execute.
@T Lamar has consistently been an elite player and dealt with an injured roster. Lamar is proven, Hurts isn’t

Dak was given an O-line and weapons with the expectation to go deep in the playoffs and possibly win the superbowl. He hasnt, he under achieved. Are we putting higher expectations on Hurts then our current expectations for Dak? Make that make sense…Hurts will be the guy even if he under achieves like Dak did.

yes? philly has a better oline and more weapons. dallas HAD a great oline… like 3-4 years ago, theyve been average for years. dallas currently has 1 wr with nfl experience… its lamb, then jalen tolbert, simi fehoko, dennis huston and kavontae turpin. if hurts cant get it done, hes gone.
In terms of roster from top to bottom, the eagles are better, so yes hurts is under more pressure. The Eagles have the #1 offensive line in football if they stay healthy and Dak has a solid line of healthy, but they’re also wildly undisciplined aside from Tyron Smith and Zack Martin.
@poppaDehorn That’s somewhat my point. Dak wasn’t gone after he didn’t do anything 3-4 years ago (even now) when he had the best O line. The team is more invested in Hurts then the the Cowboys were Dak b4 his contract. (Devonta, AJ Brown, Grant Calcaterra, Kennedy Brooks, Josh Jobe all played wit Hurts in college and they brought them in the past 2 years) and hired Hurts old QB coach. AJ Brown came to philly to be with Hurts. U make your 100 million man unhappy and its downhill from there. Alot of it is on the field ability but ALOT is political too. He’s getting extended unless he shows regression.

@Anotherway 18 All depends on how the QBs play. Mclaurin is better than brown, you could argue that smith is better than Curtis and jahan is better than their WR3 (Watkins?) Both teams have good TE’s but philly has a better TE than WAS, WAS clearly has the better RB corps, o-lines are close but philly takes that, etc. Wentz’ stats are far superior to jalen but who knows, maybe this season is his breakout 🤷🏽

i think the most QB to watch for zach wilson and the new york jets zach wilson 2nd year hes got a line finaly and hes got a seconder running MLB back a thight end Wide resever hes got it nows the time to put it all together.
I mean it has to be Wentz. For some reason (especially this season) he’s been getting so much hate, he’s been consistently ranked 28-30 out of the league. He’s NOT BAD. This is his last chance and I honestly think he’ll be fine. Not elite obviously, but Washington is a major upgrade over indi (pass protection and WR wise)
