11 interceptions is great but this is ridiculously high especially considering some of the other people he is ahead of
@Zack Diggs allowed 1 more TD than Ramsey with more picks than anyone in the past 40 years. With 20 pass break ups. He was a unanimous All-Pro and changed the momentum(huge thing in NFL games) of more than just a few games. Get off the internet bruh and stop listening to PFF they are not that credible after ranking Diggs that low cause of some weird “formulas”

The most interceptions in a season in over 40 years is not just some fun stat. It’s historic. We don’t do this to pass rushers who break sack records but are terrible at run defense.
Well this definitely shows that the players respect diggs wayyyy more than fans that’s for sure

It’s kind of hard to take the opinion of all the players seriously when most of them think they should be number 1 or they’re the best at their position. Plus a lot of them vote based off reputation from 2 or more seasons ago.
Dude was lucky with a couple tipped passes that fell into his lap. But it also doesn’t take a lot of skill to catch a lot of badly thrown balls from Sam Darnold, Mike Glennon, Taylor Heinicke and Matt Ryan.

@G Harmon respect for you recognizing the Cowboys hate and bias towards Diggs. Don’t pay too much attention to those camp drills where he be getting “cooked” cause a lot of drills are meant for the Offense to shine and just have a DB there for obvious reasons

He had basically the same season as X (except 1 more INT, which isn’t that impressive since most of his INTs were gifts from shitty QBs). And just because he’s a Cowboy, he’s All-World and better than CBs that have been doing it for years. He’s a ballhawk some of time and lucky most of the time. He’s definitely not a lockdown corner, he’s definitely not worthy of DPOY talk and he’s definitely too high on this list. Maybe if you got off his jock for minute you might realize who the better CBs are out there.

@VetteGetsEmWet hes not one of the best ball hawks in the NFL. He is the best ball hawk. He is at least in my opinion a top 7 corner and for a guy going into his third season, that’s hella good. Parsons is a beast to. I can easily see him getting 17+ sacks next year. Thats why they ranked him even higher

@Sgthomas last I checked 11 INT is more than anyone in the past 40 years, combined with 20+ pass break ups and a 60 QBR when thrown at. All while covering elite WR #1s your brain is cooked get off the internet

And this is never brought up by any player before because QBs would never throw to those real lockdown corners. OCs and QBs don’t fear your boy TD. Not sure where youre getting 700 ish yards, but it was between 900 and 1000. And I’m not sure why you’re crying “oh just because he’s a Cowboy”, I’m sure everyone one would say the same thing about any CB that ranked last in yards allowed.

He allowed 4 touchdowns, had 11 Interceptions, 10 pass deflections, 145 yards returned off of the interceptions, and 2 pick sixes. Pressure on the opposing Qb helped him achieve some of those stats, but Digg’s numbers are still very impressive, even with the yards he allowed. Yards lead to touchdowns,no doubt, but interceptions take the ball away completely. I’ll take high yards allowed, with fewer touchdowns, and high interceptions all day long.
@VetteGetsEmWet I mean hes a hit or miss corner but given Dallas has had a top Offense every single year since Moore took over they need takeaways more than consistency…PFF does a conglomerates grade based in down in and down out, while WAR is the stat that says what his impact is on the season and no CB was more valuable to his team than Diggs was because of his takeaways

I know what an INT does for the momentum of a game and how it can literally change your loss into a W because you get the ball back to your offense the same exact time as taking it away from theirs. It’s these casual AF fans that need the wake up call 💪🙏

If y’all really think about it. Diggs lowkey an interceptor lockdown. Because he gave up a lot of yards but only gave up 4 touchdowns and had more pass deflections and breakups than any CB in the league🔥

What makes Trevon Diggs tough is that he’s a WR playing corner, from playing WR he naturally has good ball skills and can read route combinations of the offensive. Like they said in the video if you throw late or off target it’s getting picked off!! Reminds me of Asante Samuels Sr. alil bit but Samuels Sr. was faster with quicker change of direction and Diggs is bigger

As a Cowboys fan, I am happy to see him make the list but actually a bit surprised he’s at #23. I loved his aggressiveness last year because it payed off, hoping he can keep it up this year
