Dude that thing will beat the piss out of your arms if you watch what they do they try to keep it going while the arms are shaking all over the place it’s the best time to go through it and they’re keeping their knees High. Which is 2 of the things that supposed to teach you hold on to the ball and keep your knees High. BUT I Wont lie it hurts a bit! It could leave a few bruises!
