I’m just impressed at how much endurance these guys have. Guys prolly ran 12 football fields already and he still looks good.
@Branson Becker There is no way you seriously think Football is top of the list, and that Rugby is less demanding than American Football. American football players only have to play offence or defence, most other sports require you to play both
@Omar M having to run for 90 minutes is very demanding that’s why I put football at the top. I think rugby is a lot easier than most people make it seem. American football players literally can’t play both offense and defense because of how physically demanding it is just to play one side.
@Branson Becker No, they can’t play offence and defence because they’re soft and not very skilful. NFL has unreal athletes, but when it comes to skill or endurance they don’t come close to rugby players

@Omar M this is completely untrue. The only reason NFL players get “breaks” between plays is because of how physically demanding it is. Running as hard as you can and almost killing yourself every play is different and harder than jogging for 90 minutes, even if there are some breaks between plays.

These are some of the best drills that all skills guys should be doing. Works on quick bursts in small spaces.

I’ll definitely be following this guy, chip on his shoulder type of guy from what I’ve seen besides Zach Charbonett I didn’t pay attention to UCLA so I’ll be keeping my eye out on Philips he just looks like a steal of a draft pick.
