Tune Stone

It’s the final countdown ta da da da ta do da da da

alexander the great

the sound quality is bad

    NSNBC

Everyone thinks they’re clever with that criticism. It’s difficult, and expensive to mic every reporter and mix all the audio. I think the reporters should stand in line like a q&a

    nabokovfan87

Yeah. Two mics taped together, echo and reverb and clipping.

    Thanks TB. Appreciate ya.

    Adam Padilla

@NSNBC you think you’re more clever with your comment you’ve posted it several times. As someone who is minoring in music production, it would be fairly easy to Omni mic the room. Orchestras do it all the time. The problem isn’t with putting a microphone in the room… it’s that in a room of dozens of reporters why would you want to mic the whole noisy room. it would be easier to have a queue system where a mic would be passed around or a line system where people would wait in line for a singular microphone.

    Richard Cuyugan

@Adam Padilla the mics are only for what we hear not for the reporters recording… That’s why they lay their phones and audio recorders on the stand at the beginning of the video

Steve Oltjenbruns

Can we please get mics so we can hear the questions?

    Kurt Zellner

    it’s been that way forever…

    e

    @Kurt Zellner ok?
    but can we get mics?

    Eli jah

    like..i don’t understand why we don’t smh

    Richard Cuyugan

    Turn on you captions

Jason5499 5499

This is preseason audio quality.

    NSNBC

What are you a sound engineer?

    Jason5499 5499

@NSNBC I don’t think you have to be an expert to be able to say this stinks.

    NSNBC

@Jason5499 5499 well you do need some understanding of the conditions a sound engineer has to deal with before making that assessment. They’ve tried different mics. I can tell that without being an expert. That room is too loud to capture the audio of the reporters with one mic. Adding mics is more trouble than it’s worth. You want it fast, right?

    nabokovfan87

@NSNBC the podium mic is terrible for me. Clipping, reverb, and echo

Renold Rachman

The OL looked better than last years, even without the starters. Remember they had sacks and QB pressures every passing down. Skylar could stand tall and throw intermediate to long balls. Though, they still didnt open holes for the running game.

I saw one play where the RT got beat so bad on wide rush which lead to QB sack.

Skylar looked unstable but could be better with a proper run game taking the pressure off him. Still needs to slow the game down.

    NSNBC

Skylar is McDaniel’s dude. McDaniel wanted to use Lance more last year. They had packages for just for him. This is Tua’s team, but I get the feeling he needs to play better than Jimmy G to keep it that way. Not only do I think we keep Skylar on the 53. I think we might dress 3 Qbs, because Tua and Teddy are injury prone. And if Teddy has to go in, Skylar can lessen that pressure with a few splash plays. Mcdaniel wants wr’s to throw. Put Skylar at wr, option it to him and cut defenses up.

    Jake W

Against the pass rush maybe but not for runninng

    J C

Really? 23 yards on 16 carries looked better to you?

    Renold Rachman

@J C I think you miscalculated the total rushing yards. We had 49 yards on 16 carries for 5.4 average. Tampa Bay did 89 yards for 5.5 average.

Also, my point was we were better in pass protection than last year as I did mention that we didnt open any holes for the running game.

Its still the first pre-season game where we didnt play much of the starters if any. Even then, they only played 1 series. Gesicki, and Sony Michel.

I view this as the low bar. Better this way, than getting your prized starting QB injured to ACL.

Lets wait till the 2nd game when we see the starters for a lengthy amount of time. Or better yet after the 1st game of the season.

Pre-season is more about looking at who makes the cut for 53-man team. Practices are for the 1st team.

Patti Solino

Year after year after year we can’t hear the questions. It’s just a mic. Get it together Fins. No reason they can’t mic the reporters so we can hear them

Jason Meyers

Bro why post this if you can’t hear the questions?? Lol Mickey mouse stuff here

Maximus Aviation

How many years is it now that there are STILL no mics on the reporters? Come’on Miami.

Chris Graham

I was there today and it was an incredible experience

nabokovfan87

Good game coach.

ordude123

come on man you guys gotta do better with the sound quality this is an nfl franchise the fans deserve better than not to hear the questions or know whos up there. hire some more competent people tf

Dan Hall

Another year, another media availability where we can only hear the answers 😂

Mike

Maybe we should all pitch in and buy them a mic.

Trew Phins Fan

Mike the Mastermind McDaniels!!!!!! Let’s gooooooooooo!!!!! This dude knows how to operate this team, he will work on the mistakes , and make this team better, but the chemistry is in this group of guys, we finally have a team of guys that want to be here and win.

    Justin Rhoads

Get his name right if you want to praise him. Mcdaniel. Not mcdaniels

Skip Wood

As fervent fans and supporters of our Miami Dolphins, it is as if this channel is torturing us and not wanting us to hear 50% of the program when we can’t hear the questions. I would like someone to introduce the playercoach that will be answering the questions, especially in pre-season when we are just meeting the players and coaches for the first time. This is totally unsat for a profession such as this. Come on Miami.

James David

First coaching dub! Congrats!

Brian Honeycutt

Such a breath of fresh air….!

Alejandro Hernandez Jr.

Clearly whoever is recording this videos does not do any kind of editing and post them. If they did they would notice that we cannot hear any of the reporters questions.
