Giants are already being written off, but they could surprise some teams, especially early in the season. The roster overall is still in need of improvement, but their starters are talented, especially with the addition of Neal and Thibodeaux, and there’s always the chance Barkley refinds his rookie level of play. The problem is going to be more as the season goes on, injuries will happen, and they’ll have to rely on their backups to play meaningful time; right now, that part of the team isn’t looking so good, with all the FA losses to keep under the salary cap.
