Cleveland nearly went 24 months without a victory when on that Monday night Baker took over and the Browns finally won a game. They was 1-31 over two seasons. Before Baker came to play for them. Cleveland has always been a dumpster fire. Brian Sipe gave them hope back in the day. Maybe if Brian Sipe could have got out of Cleveland he may have been great.
