Bill Callahan: “I get a lot of enjoyment helping young kids on the field” | Press Conferences – FANTASY FOOTBALL FAN SITE

He’s the GOAT. Haslam needs to pay him whatever it takes to keep him here because he is unquestionably the best O-Line coach in the NFL right now and one of the best ever. The Bears reportedly made a strong push to get Callahan to leave us and go to Chicago this offseason. I’m SO grateful that he stayed here. He turned Teller into an All-Pro and his arrival made a NOTICABLE difference in the play of our O-Line compared to our previous O-Line coach…who was the guy that spent like 15 years as the O-Line coach in Green Bay with Dorsey.

Our O-Line was TRASH under him (don’t forget, Dorsey wasted our #33 pick in the 2018 draft on Austin Corbett…we literally could’ve drafted Darius Leonard in that spot and got Chubb two picks later…and our previous O-Line coach was so incompetent that Dorsey GAVE CORBETT AWAY to the Rams for like a 5th round pick and Corbett won a Super Bowl as LA’s starting Right Guard while our O-Line coach couldn’t even teach the kid to be a STARTER) and when he was replaced with Callahan, suddenly we had a top-2 or 3 O-Line in the entire NFL. He’s an incredible coach and we need to keep him around no matter what it takes.

Listening to Bill Callahan and hearing that Joe Thomas is working with offense line. Made my day, to see a player of Joe Thomas skill set, give of his time and energy to help rookies in camp. Now this will help the Browns to achieve good results on the filed and at practice. These are the things that will allow the BROWNS to receive great success, this season. When the Veteran Players can come back and humble help other Young players. Now those vets sacrifice of them selves to help the coaches and players to reach the goal that they did not obtain; while playing for this team. Especially now when those retired players see this talent on the filed here at this time. They want to help train up these men, so they can also be a part of “”A Cleveland Browns Super Bowl Championship””. We know we are diligent participant as fans; and this has help Cleveland over the year Now the Cleveland Browns success has always been position on a team work. From the fans to the front office ,to the players, and coaches. Also Andrew Berry to the front office and Jimmy, Bill and Dee Haslam. I thank Ownership, For making a Bold move to acquire Deshaun Watson top 5 Quarterback. Thumbs up on that call. So I enlist my overview as a Life time fan from the 60’s to now. To see willingness from the veteran players to want to give their expertise and knowledge of the game to the new players. Cleveland we are Now on the way for great things. GO BROWNS

Even though Bill Callahan didn’t do very well for my college team in Nebraska, I’m still happy we have him as our OL coach.

He’s worth head coach $ as a position coach. I’ve never seen or heard of anyone better w the o-line.

Kenny Miller
