    @The Truth As Eye Know It I actually like his goofy personality. I just find it hard to take him seriously. Not doubting he doesn’t know his stuff. I just think he is a bit of a goofball. It’s not a bad thing.

Loved the obvious joke but that he said it anyway “Where’s the RT position stand right now?” “On the right side of the right guard”. Perfect. The questions are asked poorly, so give them the answer that is deserved! And add some humor while you are at it – humor is great when people are working hard.
The key things said for me – (1) make mistakes and stress people now in practice to get it right on the field later; (2) have all these great new coaches added in with the others, and everyone buys into the culture and on the same plan/page; (3) the players are engaged mentally even when the coaches are not pushing them and watching them; and last (4) the effort level is good in all those areas.
Keep it up and that’s the path to success. Go Hawks!
