In my opinion, Eric is one of the best players not only on the Vikings but in the entire NFL…he is a good leader, has a good work ethic and mainly is a team player who only wants to win as a team. As a die hard Vikings fan, I always appreciate his agility, passion and love for the game. This past Monday, my wife, my son and I ran into him at the airport on our way back from San Diego and asked him for a quick photo, he was so humble and gracious with my request. As an educational leader, I always believe in a positive culture for all organizations whether it is an educational institution or a football organization. Therefore, I really appreciate Eric’s recent brave efforts and initiatives to reunite the entire team in bringing in a culture that is free of fear, yet working for one common goal that is to bring out the positive in each player in order to make the team perform better and bring the Vikings organization everlasting success. Proud of you Eric, keep up the good work. We are so lucky to have you here in Minnesota. I agree with you Eric, “this will be your best year yet” and for the Vikings!
