No three and out, No excuses.
That was mostly on Teddy throwing it 3 yards on 3rd and 8 to pad is completion % stats. I love Teddy as a person, but he was the biggest coward QB I’ve ever seen play for the Broncos. He would rarely take a chance even with the game on line. I wanted to claw my eyes out watching him on 3rd down. I’d rather watch Tim Tebow run on 3rd at least he’s trying to get the 1st.

Teddy hasn’t played a down for the Broncos and to put Tim Tebow in the same sentence, try a different sport, football isn’t your thing.

Justin Simmons is on the threshold of firmly establishing not just his own personal greatness, but he is also displaying that rare quality of transcendent team leadership that can help drive a franchise toward becoming a dynasty. He knows this team has the management, the coaching staff, the quarterback, the skill players, the trench warriors, the depth, and the collective will to not only win, but to dominate in this league. He is joined by many others who have the capacity to contribute to that cohesive team leadership and chemistry, Russell Wilson being first among them. This team has all the basic elements required to hoist not just one Lombardi Trophy, but multiple championship trophies. These guys call it “juice.” And they all (Payton, the coaches, the players) talk about working hard and having fun. But I sense something more here than just the “juice”. I sense in all of them an underlying hunger that is ravenous and unrelenting. They KNOW they can win. And dominate. They can taste it.
It’s way early and talk is cheap, but all the signs are pointing toward something truly special happening with this team. The dawn of an era of greatness.
He’s so intelligent, I want him to be a Bronco or life. I really need to get a Simmons jersey. Ever since Von left, Justin is by far my favorite Bronco.

I feel like we are a total underdog team, people are really doubting us and that’s quite alright! We were underdogs the whole Super Bowl 50 season, this team feels special. The connection these guys are building is going to make for some great games. I am beyond ready for this season, I have been every year for the past 10 years but this one feels different!
