@A.D. Agree with penalties but all things considered Donovan is probably a top 5 LT, top 10 at worst. Not too many I’d want over him protecting the GOAT

@Gene McCain Donovan is a bottom 5 Left Tackle. Stop trying to convince yourself otherwise. He is bad bad and the playoffs proved it. He moves like a bad guard. Like German Ifedi. Just cause he didn’t give a sack in a game doesn’t mean he is good. Thats just the QB stepoing into the pocket and getting rid of the ball fast. Thats how people got tricked into thinking Nate Soldier was great just cause Brady got rid of the ball fast and stepped into the pocket in New England. The Giants found out the hard way. And he was much better athpete than Smith. Got to watch for his traits and imdividual play. Shaq Mason however is a phenomenal player and arguably the best player on the OLine. But he id a right giard only. Donovan is awful. We both know it. The left Guard will be Goedege who is still a mystery. Lets hope he turns out good.

Maybe this line will develop into good run blockers with Gronk and Ko Kief plowing the edges and Lenny and Rachaad start pounding on first and second down. Maybe we have less 3rd and longs.
