My Favorite Underrated Atlanta Falcons Quarterback From The 70s 80s And Early 90s Steve Bartkowski And Chris Miller Thanks For Uploading

Mariota was never bad, and the idea a third round pick was going to come in ready to unseat him was never realistic. Mariota is more likely to be the starter in 2023 too.

    David Willis

Let’s not be so sure, Ridder may be better than him soon

    GreyRock

@David Willis Not likely. Most 3rd round QB picks never see the field. Hype betrays us every year.

    Keith Spencer

And Ridder is gonna take over but I’m saying just don’t throw him to the wolves when you have a capable quarterback for him to sit behind

    Keith Spencer

    However long it takes

    GreyRock

That’s pure hype and nothing more.

Tony Wright

The Atlanta Falcons have a very talented linebacking core and it is the deepest linebacking core in the National Football League

    Marc Turner

Read where they’re projected at last. I don’t think so.

    Tony Wright

@Marc Turner Agreed but I also don’t listen to those naysayers

Nick bagnulo

Dont get predictable
NO SUCH THING as a easy or hard schedule

It starts and ends in the trenches

WHEN U HAVE A LEAD
keep it

Tony Wright

The Falcons secondary is also deep & talented

Nick bagnulo

love the competition
no position is safe

Tony Wright

You guys talked about QB Desmond Ridder being the 74th overall pick in the 3rd round, Hall of Famer quarterbacks Joe Montana & Dan Fouts were also 3rd round draft picks, Stay Tuned

    Keith Spencer

And don’t forget Ridder was projected 1st off the draft board and in the first round by a lot of sports outlets. How quickly we forget so we have the best QB out the draft however long it takes for him develop.

    Tony Wright

@Keith Spencer I’d say second best QB in this year’s draft , I had Kenny Pickett one then Ridder two

    GreyRock

@Keith Spencer 32 teams passed on him for multiple rounds. You citing the talking heads is not a good argument at all. All analysts do is give you a barometer of hype. Mariota was a 2nd overall pick and played a much harder division in college and had a much better college career. I’m not buying what you are selling.

    Keith Spencer

@Tony Wright tru tru but it was like a toss up between the two within the media outlets

    Tony Wright

@Keith Spencer I don’t care about anything mainstream media says, I’m talking about football players, X’s &O’s damn the media they don’t play the game

32:36 Matt Schaub was a washed up shot 33-34 year old QB. Marcus Mariota is 28.
