First off…I wanna say that I love the Vibe of the Team…they have a fresh and new feel to them a new energy that just jumps off the screen…Like they dont know that they not suppose to be good so we going to be good.

You heard it out the man mouth…I think the Coaches had a sit down with him because his tone has changed drastically about being QB1 and coming here to win the job.
Here is the direct quote from the mans mouth himself.
“Im not coming out here trying to win the starting job right here right now. My job is to come out here make myself better, to then make Marcus better, to then make the team better. That’s my job my role right now. To bring everyone else with me, bring the rookies with me, bring all the guys around me with me so that we can become better.”

Im telling you all this He going to be the starter this yr talk …folks are dreaming…Aurther already told you who is QB1 was and that he himself has something to prove…Coach Smith is trying to win as many games as he can period.
Ridder may or may not be the QB of the future…but right now…they just want him to in his own words fullfill his role.

I really like the type of guys Smith and Fontenot are going after. Scrappy, blue collar, humble, chip on their shoulder type of guys. This culture they’ve built is awesome!

So funny to me how this team talks about the bond they have already. THIS is how you build a “brotherhood”. It has to be real, not built on a catchphrase

I’m very proud in how Grady has truly come into his leadership form. This will be a great year for the defense since he will have more depth of rotation with more quality players.

Desmond is truly showing that QB1 quality. At this point it doesn’t even matter if he starts right away…you can just feel him developing and maturing into a great player and even a Greater QB. I hope we learned from the Brett Farve mistake in the 90s and that he becomes our future and makes our football club a league threat not just a divisional hurdle. Let’s Rise Up!!!

Feels good to still see Grady, dudes definitely the team’s leader as of now. Hearing him talk about how the bond he has already made with the team being one of the strongest he’s had when its the first year of a rebuild speaks volumes. Excited to see what the Falcons may be able to put together in 2022.
