I don’t expect us to be a playoff contender, but I have an excitement for the start of this season that I haven’t had in quite some time. New faces, new era. We got a new defense with hungry players. We could surprise and we could drop off a cliff. It’s just the “new-ness” of it that’s super exciting. Not to mention for 2023 season this front office will have a ton of cap space to work with. Rise Up!

Man Casey Hayward rode tha same bus with me.. I was a couple years older but we used to play B ball all tha time out in tha country in good ole middle GA… That’s who I cant wait to see.. him an Terrell bout to be that dynamic duo and all these huge body receivers is about to be fun to watch I believe as well.. very intriguing RB room and QB situation also.. I’m lookin forward to it.. I thank a year or so and we will be a legitimate contender..

Love seeing all the predictions in the comments. I would be shocked if we make the play-offs, but would love it if that happens. On the other hand I don’ see us 2-15 or as bad as some experts are predicting. I expect us to be and play better. 7-10, 8-9 would be a good over/under in my opinion. Certainly hoping for better.

A coach that you can tell has been raised by someone with a military background. Just his way of thinking and how he assess that’s how we’re taught in the Navy. He knows how to be observant and build everyone their own way. Those are the best leaders in the military. Those who know how to adapt and assess the team in its entirety.

Falcons had a great draft and good FA signings. But can’t get too excited. Don’t forget, the falcons only had 18 sacks on defense. And outscored only 4 teams on offense. Is still comes down to coaching & play calling. It’s a lot easier to call plays when you have Derrick Henry in your backfield. And a offense line that can block.
