It’s crazy that with all those great early picks that Ruckert might turn out to be the best pick of all of them. I think he’s got Mark Andrews potential.
Where are all the talking heads that were criticizing Douglas and Saleh by saying that they weren’t attending certain Pro Day activities and combine events and interviews? They seem to have done their homework on the draft! I know that I won’t forget the snide remarks by the media about them and their efforts.

@Falconbridge Optimism for the NY Jets is when they can sweep the AFC East & make it to the AFC Championship game. Forget the B.S. Realistically, when is the last time the NY Jets even made it to the Superbowl? In the 60’s?? Yeah I watched the NY Knicks in the 90’s with great optimism too! Where did that get us??
I’m a Jet fan but I’m also a realist…Salah cannot out coach Bill, the Bills still are the team to beat and Miami have the Jets numbers. I was optimistic during the Rex days….how many Super bowls?
See I’m not the so-called typical Jets fan, who understands the Jets can win the draft but cannot win the games. It’s sad that people get their hopes up so early on, just trash their TV sets by the fifth game in the season. I hope the Jets have a outstanding season but 6 – 8 wins is my guess & no 8-8 is not competitive for whom else reads this comment. 10 wins or up = competitiveness.

I swear this is the best draft I’ve ever seen a team have. Obviously we have to wait but strictly from how prospects were rated before, I can’t imagine a better draft. Best cb, one of the best WRs, one of the best DE, the best RB, and one of the best TEs. Just beautifully done even if they don’t pan out
