    Speak it some more. It should be our base. And when we do play a run heavy(not many) go to Linebackers. That way we don’t need to carry as many as years before. That makes room for more DBs. Carry more than usual ILBs on practice squad.

Everyone’s emphasizing fully understanding every play on defense; not only knowing their role but also understanding everyone elses role and the goal of each play. Ed Reed and Ray Lewis used to talk about defense like this. New D coordinator might be a great one.
