OMG! He is so much better than Flores. Flores pretended he didnāt need anyone else and he was in control of everything. This guy says we and they and focuses on making his players better.
I was born in 1978 in Florida and I was a dolphin fan from the time I can understand as a sports fanā¦..Finally seams like a dream come true all these pieces coming together. Iāve never given up on the dolphins in fact Iāve wore my dolphin jersey in hree different stadiums and only one of them the Dolphins played in āKansas Cityā multiple times in jTampa and Indianapolis against the Jaguars and there was another person there with a dolphin jersey on It was beautiful just to see somebody else Tealed out once again in Indianapolis against Jacksonville and I was not the only phins fan in the building

As far as the fastest goes it’s not an issue you only have to have 1 foot of separation in the NFL with the QB putting it in your chest yards after that is what the defense is like or your supernatural talent take you aka Mr tyreke hill and waddle
I love when he explains things like that he loves the off-season because he doesnāt have to prepare for an opponent. Instead he just gets to coach players to be better.

Speaking about that O-line š²
Like those guys need to get over some mild PTSD from not having proper coaching/preparation and being put in situations not conducive to success.
They are building these guys from the ground up, strong understanding for situations & fundamentals along with hard work are the keys to success with this O-line and these coaches. There’s no guess work here!
Expect a much improved O-line.
There will be struggles and mistakes and they will be tools to learn and grow from.

Mindset, descriptive, personality, and enthusiasm are what this guy brings to the table. He’s alot more human than most coaches act, he speaks from truth and seems to be very genuine. Players will play for someone like that in any type of locker room. š¬ āļø
I was hoping when asked about running backs heād have said, āWeāre planning on having a 53 man squad of running backs. We still need a few more to fill some defensive spots.ā š

I really hope this guy is good enough to stick around. He’s a likeable personality that’s not boring to listen to.
