Without Terry the offense will not function as designed so a multi year contract should happen but would affect the cap and other contracts so it is difficult to for see the result , it is not simple !

He’s been far from consistent his entire tenure. If he fails at getting Terry signed he’s done. That’s what he should have on his desk reading over and over, a contract for Terry. No reason why they can’t all sit down and get it done.

Any team should pay him what DP deserves. He seems so committed with the team needs to succeed. Professional 100%, no hidden agenda. Put him in any team hands and he will make him champs.
