What an amazing young man. At 51 I had a total knee replacement. I found the dark place A J was talking about. It’s a very scary place. It felt like with every positive move forward you’d fall back. I’m very sorry to hear about your Grandmother. Keep fighting keep hitting them goals. Your a bright young man on his way to being a superstar..✌️🙏❤️

Beautiful interview! I went from being extremely fit, running marathons, competing in athletic shows and on top of the world to getting rear ended 10/2019. I suffered herniated discs in my neck and back. I have been a shell of the person I formerly was. The battles against depression are unfathomable, especially since I used fitness for mental health beforehand. I started drinking to help with my pain. I realized that was only causing more issues and stopped 12/21. I’m slowly trying to accept my new world and find ways to not always be in pain while still pushing forward. I hope these young men have a great year and a successful career.
