1st year playoff win. 2nd year playoff wins. I will include a playoff bye as a win. We the Broncos that is the goal. 2 years and no playoffs he is gone. 2 years with playoffs but no playoff wins…he gets a third year but it is communicated a playoff win is expected.
Being realistic they should give him 3 years. Unless you think we are Cleveland and every two years they fire a coach and waste the team talent

I think Broncos could have easily considered a Super Bowl contender, but the AFC as a whole improved a TON. So it’s just so hard to say who is gonna be the best.
