Eventually Poles will stop his “rebuilding” and leave enough of Pace’s roster for Eberflus to prove Matt Nagy (and his clown coaches) were the cause of the failures since the 12-4 campaign in 2018.

He supposedly came from the defensive side of the ball. So someone please ask why in the hell is Gutless Eddie Jackson still on this team?
Jackson has a clean slate with a coaching staff that will accept nothing less than all out play so let’s see how he does. Eddie Money making a return is good for the team & this is the defensive scheme to facilitate it.
@Thomas Gena EJ may have had an issue tackling but his coverage was good and his versatility covered up the disaster at nickel. It was certainly not all bad with EJ last season.
@Reggie Cheeze Have you seen his work last year on double-teams with Bears’ CCBS?
Jaylon and/or Kindle were counting on Eddie to be the “over” coverage — and he failed them “over and over, again.”

@Thomas Gena I’ve seen plenty of tape & I know people’s interpretation of what they think is supposed to be happening varies so I go with my own opinion & it wasnt all bad in coverage. Some of those plays people wanna blame on him werent on him but personal perception overrules objectivity.
@Reggie Cheeze When a safety and a cornerback cover big-time WRs like Justin Jefferson, and the safety shows up late — a touchdown is often the result. I know you saw Eddie in that role, versus the Rams, Eagles, Packers Bengals and Vikings in the last few years (just the ones that come to mind immediately).
I hope Eddie plays like he did, “back then.”
But it’s on Eddie. And Eberflus will not look the other way.

Coach i hope the Oline is set by the start of training camp, and personally I hope that either Dozier/Mustipher are not part of that top 5… their TAPE says they are not up to the task! The tape never lies!

@Brian Sanchez why even mention Mustipher ? It’s not hard to understand he won’t even make the roster idk if you know but they drafted a center and also picked up one from free agency
