Honestly 4th rounders in todays NFL are expected to be starter/strong rotational pieces. I think Belton will surprise people. Kid can ball
OK. 4th rounders should be strong special teams players depending on position
let me clarify. On teams that rebuild you draft 4th rounders to be eventual starters not just special teams. special teams is a given.
Special teamers are guys you expect to draft in the 5-7 rounds. 3rd and 4th round picks are guys you expect to be good rotation guys with starter upside and even guys who can be starters on teams who lack talent (especially when considering positional value).

His 10 & 20 yd split (Acceleration) is 1.49 & 2.52 which is super elite. For comparison Tyreek Hill’s is 1.50 & 2.51. Speed to cover 10 yds is very important.
Aka speed to cover the first down mark is what’s he capable of doing in a shorter sentence
