@Brian Daniel if i had to think of something and dont know if MM said it but… he was in yr 1 with his team…. i think there were a few other coaches in that same boat but not as many as there were returning coaches familiar with their teams…..
Also Dalton was a tough one too cuz he also was in yr 1 with the team, got hit with covid so there was little chance that he do too well as the leader for MMs team… injuries are gna be there but coach and qb starting in that yr, very tough

@dak Delusional fans No more excuses I’ve never heard Dak blame anyone. He isn’t a gunslinger but he is in top half of QBs playing. You Dak haters seem to think picking up Elite QBs is easy and only elite QBs win SBs. Dak was on fire last year until teams realized you could bulldoze the LG whenever you needed a big play. Amari was missing more and more practices leading to poor communication. Holding penalties kill drives at an 80% rate. With 3 out of 10 drives killed by penalties. Not to mention your guard in your lap most throws. These aren’t excuses, these are facts. Elite QBs would struggle too. Exception would be Burrow last year. That was the unreal and he didn’t have as many pressures or penalties as Dak.
