@PlanB I don’t ever see a safety labeled one way or the other but yeah he probably would be strong safety since he attacks the run and plays down a lot more (crazy right i play football i know the differences he just wasn’t labeled)

@PlanB its mainly just free safety who plays over the top and is just a backup to the secondary for deep plays, and strong safety who will drop into coverage more often, blitz more often, and be closer to the line to stop the run

Probably the only question 1 can have is if he good in the run because the lions love using DBs in the run besides that he a true ball hawk.
his highlights show him making occasional tackles, he is capable of collapsing the edge. He also was shown getting a sack and making a special teams tackle. He isn’t afraid to go downhill and be physical with runners

Love these picks a lil under the radar, but these both seems like good dudes, hard workers, very talented and will compete. One great thing about Team building is Holmes is getting really good team 1st guys who love the game, not a collection of individual talents. I feel like they drafting tandems is a big part of that, Levi and Alim, Hutch and Josh, bringing in Deshone and drafting Kerby, Chark comes in the same year as Williams. This will spark competition and also build chemistry.
