Good job guys! Some questionable moves to say the least but I have trust in our new GM and coach and in our organization

    BaronVonBielski

How? They literally turned picks 12/46 into 34/42/66/77. Then used 77 to move up and get booth an instant starter. So you added a second rounder, and a fourth rounder while still getting a starting safety and corner. Ed Ingram is an ELITE pass blocker with a great anchor (83 pff grade for pass blocking, 1st among all guards in the SEC) asamoah is an athletic FREAK with ridiculous upside. This is a great draft getting 4 starters for a long time.

    Sammy Williams

    @BaronVonBielski right people slow 😂😂😂😂

    CL

My guy says good job then shits on them 😂

    phreakerby thespeaker

Not sure what people like about this “process”. This “process” is the same damn “process” they have a always had. 🤣🐑

    chazlootish

@BaronVonBielski I would’ve rather had Hamilton at 12 lol. Guy’s gonna be one of the best safeties within a few years

txyu kefu

I have faith in the new management and HC.

I think the Viking’s defense got better at tackling, hustle, and speed… I remember last year they were terrible at tackling and had poor speed and hustle when it came to getting to the RB and WR after the catch… this should improve…

I think Lewis Cine getting mentored by Hitman will help him tremendously… same personalities off the field but big hitters on the field which will cause more fumbles…

Brian Asamoah and Andrew Booth are also both good tacklers… and they both can hustle…

    Nate Wendt

    Why?

    phreakerby thespeaker

    “Trust the process” 💩🤡🐑

    CHAMPbastien

defense what defense? we were one of the worst defenses last year… at least below average. this new management doesn’t know how to draft imo….. were dead. cousins will fade from his prime, thielen will get traded, JJ Jet will ask for a trade or ask for to much money id cousins is still playing. were done

    Lawrence Dodd

I, for one don’t have faith in the new brain trust. They haven’t given me any reason to and have given me plenty of reasons not to. I don’t like any of the moves they’ve made so far.

    Ty J

People judging the draft before the players ever play 🤦‍♀️ you guys know nothing

You just gotta remember: Cine is being mentored by Hitman, with Booth Jr. being mentored by P2. I’m so excited for the revamped defense, and especially that damn secondary. SKOL😈🔥

    Isaiah

Plus Asamoah being mentored by Kendericks AND Hicks. That’s crazy versatility.

    Nate Wendt

You’re disappointed for a reason! They suck. They traded out to their superiors, the Slackers. Face it Green Bay rules.

    Noah Borlace

    @Nate Wendt L take

    Isaiah

@Nate Wendt First of all wouldn’t calling them the Slackers be a bad thing lol typical brain dead packers fan. 2nd of all dissapointed? Where in any of that do you think we’re dissapointed🤣🤣 our draft was good asl. Have fun with one WR🥱

Tana Chum

We got this best time believe the system. 12 win this year

Hermercules

I was a little hesitant, but these guys all look really good and the explanations of how they fit in is reassuring

Dan Petit

I have always felt if a team wants to trade up with you, you make them pay. Especially division rivals! We helped them get better more than we helped the Vikings. We didn’t may the Lions pay nearly enough, we got jobbed on that trade….

DBSaucce !

You know he’s gonna be very good very early in his career. #Skol

Kevin Fessler

After making a very good trade with the Packers and making a great trade back up to nab a first round talent in Booth, the Ingram and Asamoah picks were puzzling. Not so much on position as the Vikings can use a RG and LB, but rather value. The draft is a curious thing because I realize teams fall in love with players, but it’s important to know WHERE you can get them Taking a player in the 2nd that you can get in the 3rd or perhaps the 4th is going to raise red flags. It’s a new regime so we have to give them some benefit of the doubt, but fans are going to question picks when they are seemingly taken 1-2 rounds too early.

MnJaLo

Wasn’t excited when I saw trades that didn’t appear to favor our side. Ignoring that, it seems like they are focusing on guys that diagnose and react rapidly and play fast. That’s exciting.

Eloy Anzualda

Hope the Vikings get Calvin Austin and Tariq Woolen, would also like to see us get Darrian Kinnard and Chig Okonkwo, so excited.

Steve M

The coaching staff realized that the team lost several games that they were leading in, I believe 7 could have been 8 and at 3 in the last minute. Addressing the defense was made a priority as a result.

paul jones

you have to remember the Vikings are so far over the cap space that they did not have the money to sign a high-end first rounder that’s why they moved back from 12 to 32 and moved out of the 34 position they just don’t have the capital to pay not saying that these guys won’t pan out they probably will but they only have money to pay second and third round players

Tony Campbell

not super happy with draft thus far but i wont jump to anything and will give time to see what happens

Majik Man

Personally i think they got snaked in the 2nd. I would have moved up when WR run was happening and taken Skyy Moore (54), which would of been instant impact we had (59).

Paul

I wonder how much GB was offering to get 32 pick?

Aden

Andrew Booth didn’t even run the 40 this year. Where did Ron get that 4.5 time from.

Patrick Harms

Kwesi is way over his head and too scared to make picks. He is helping the rest of the NFC North more than helping the Vikings. Sorry for being logical

Art Vandelay

…And we still don’t have a center. So when Kirk Cousins underachieves because this team doesn’t recognize the importance of pass protection, everyone is going to blame Kirk for everything under the sun — again.
