Agreed. The guy can fly. Could’ve even possibly moved him to safety if LB didn’t pan out. That said, I have to believe there are some off the field/character issues involved as well as injuries. He didn’t get passed over that many times for nothing.

@PVNCHO s14 OL is a bigger need but when a first round talent like Nakobe Dean falls to the third you take him, that’s how you get better. Plus Raimann also fell to the third who is a better prospect than Parham and was at an even bigger position of need at RT. Don’t get me wrong I still like the pick, I had a second round grade on Parham. But I believe trading up and getting one of the guys I mentioned was the better move.

He’s definitely athletic which will help us in our screen game which will be huge(cannot even recall us running screens since the golden Snake Stabler days). He was actually recruited as a TE). He was a really soft, flabby dad bod in high school. I hope he has changed his workout/nutritional habits. Needs to get much stronger.💪

No one is asking for flowers. The guy isn’t a top 10 1st round pick, and he certainly isn’t expected to be a franchise savior. Ziegler is just trying to find bodies with potential that might show something in camp, earn a starting job, or push the starters competitively. The Raiders big draft pick was Devante Adams, the best WR in the NFL. You can give your flowers to him. This Parham pick is basically taking a flyer on a guy that has played a lot of good football in college. If Parham earns a spot on the team during training camp, that’s great, if he doesn’t then he is either depth or cut. In my opinion Dylan Parham has a lot of good traits, and some solid film. Time will tell whether he can handle the NFL game, and Mcdaniels offensive system.
