Please get Booth Jr!!!! I was about to order his jersey lol

Jimmy

I hope we take C. Watson or could go, Andrew booth Jr and take Alec Pierce at 66 .. this draft class is gonna shape out nice at the end I think.

AUSSIE VIKE

Trade Lower picks back up Better Two Top Starters than Four maybes 💜💛

Joe Gallatin

Hate the trade, if your trading in the division especially for the 32 pick, you have to get more out of this trade, 1st rounder next year would have been worth it but the lions won this trade.

    Chris Will

The Lions aren’t worried about the injury he’s coming along fine. Bottom line Williams is a stud receiver with a bright future.

    JerryAttrick

@Jarrad Bruessel An ACL tear on a 20 year old kid is nothing these days. Kid was the best WR in the draft.

    Jarrad Bruessel

@JerryAttrick i had a torn acl in 2011 at 16. I was never the same after that and it still causes issues. Its not a guarantee he will recover lol

    Jarrad Bruessel

@JerryAttrick I only went to one of the best hospitals in the world for mine since its 30 minutes from my house lol.

Marcus Panetta

Judging by the Cine pick, I think we go Gordon > Andrew Booth if both are available.

    Jaeten

    Man I would hate that

    kyle hayes

thats what I’m thinking. They’re fine w either Booth or Gordon and one of them will be there at 34

    Jaeten

@kyle hayes gotta go booth over gordon

Brinaldi

Lions Win that Trade. TRADING BACK isn’t the problem why are people saying it’s good trade cuz we traded back is smart. We got junk in return for 20!! Picks back no way we should have given up our 2nd round for the Lions as well. Should have 32nd 34th and 46th so we move back 20 from 46 to 66 basicly 20 spots in 1st and go up 12 spots in 2nd for 1 extra 3rd round pick? TO A Division Rival! That’s junk compensation and no one’s going to Demand the reasoning behind pulling the trigger on that trade?? Stop it. Not impressed

    JerryAttrick

@Im Bory Lions won that trade by over 200 points, I know yall Minnesota folks can’t do math, but stop the cap.

    John

It takes two to tango, if Lions has the best offer and are unwilling to give more, you still take that trade if you can get the same impact player at 32 plus a third rounder. Just because you can do simple math, it doesn’t mean Vikings got fleeced. We talking about the difference in talent from picks 12 and 32. I don’t see a huge difference and neither did KAM and Co.

    Im Bory

@JerryAttrick Please show me any draft grade analysis that shows the Lions won it please. We got a player down at 32 who can be better than the guy we wouldve got at 12 plus moved up in the 2nd plus got a 3rd. Tell me you dont understand the Draft or just football without telling me you dont understand them.

    Shane Brown

    truth bro!

scotch nietz

It’s kinda humorous watching the team run media outlets trying to put a positive spin on that trade. They’re working so hard not to be critical of the team.

    PURPLE POCKET PODCAST

    Exactly 😂😂

David Smith Jr

I’ll be Happy with any of these Day 2 picks for my Minnesota Vikings

2.) LB: Nakobe Dean | Georgia | 5‘-11”, 229 lbs

3.) CB: Jalyn Armour-Davis | Alabama | 6‘-1“, 192 lbs

4.) LB: Christian Harris | Alabama | 6‘-2”, 232 lbs

5.) DL: DeMarvin Leal | Texas A&M | 6’-4”, 290 lbs

6.) QB: Desmond Ridder | Cincinnati 6’-4”, 215 lbs

7.) TE: Isaiah Likely | Coastal Carolina | 6‘-4“, 240 lbs

8.) QB: Aqeel Glass | Alabama A&M 6’-5”, 215 lbs

Chappy 924

Y’all let the Lions fleece the crap out of you. If you took a safety anyways, why didn’t you take the sure fire #1 safety at 12 instead of the #2 safety at 32. That’s stupid. We also NEED corners. McDuffie or Hamilton at 12 would of been way better.

Da Yungin

I don’t get it, do y’all not have faith in this guy? He’s an absolute stud and we’re most likely gonna grab booth

Unfadeable23

Kevin O’Connell said the Vikings wanted Stingley or Sauce, the two top CB’s but moving from 12 to the top 3 was too far.

Once the top corners were taken, they were okay with moving back down.

We got pick 34 today, 2nd pick in 2nd round. Pick 64, 2nd pick in 3rd round. Pick 77, middle of the 3rd. We’ll be okay.

Round 2 and 3 starts at 6pm tonight.

    Purple Vengeance

Pick 66 but I agree with you on your comment otherwise brahhhh

    Dakotah GreyOwl

100% Agree with this, moving back was not a loss!

Daniel Ives

For the Lions To move up that far and have your Viking fan base WAIT THAT long , should have gotten next years 1st rounder… They got nothing outta that trade.

    Cole da Nole !

They should’ve got a 2023 first rounder cause you had to wait? hahahaahahh embarrassing comment.

JW J

See how it plays out for all. I recall Treadwell being the second coming of WR’s, how did that workout

Steve Fioco

If Spielman had made that trade you have been blowing him out of the water

Standing for Kirk since 2018

At least we have Captain Kirk; the no.1 receiver in the league, and Dalvin Cook. It’s in the bag bois

    Franky8080

    9-8 here we come!

Jeffrey Severson

I like the trade and having the pick of the litter in day 2 as well as getting our highest ranked safety makes alot of sense. I’m sure we get a stud at cb today so give the trade a chance

    Ethan Woods

    Yes

    Brett

Top of 2nd and 3rd rounds. Cam made a couple tackles which somehow made fans think he was doing well. A difference maker like Lewis could change our leaky backfield.
They need a starting corner. Needle and pp are ok but would make a long season.
Luxury after that. Imer Smith is poised for wr 3/4. Need backup linebacker. Maybe DL potential.

Theodore Boosalis

Should’ve scalped a 1st Round pick in either 2023 or 2024 on top of it – or in lieu of the second round pick swaps. They seem net positive on the trade – but it could’ve been better.

Greg Hakes

Bad trade move on the Vikings to a divisional rival to boot. The player the Vikings got is good but they didn’t
get enough trade equity to make this a good trade. They should of either got a first round for next year or the
2nd round pick they got plus a third or fourth round pick as well. They lost 50 PTS on the board with this
trade. Unacceptable.

Arvie Weathers

This was a bad trade we didn’t get enough moving back 20 spots smh .he super wet behind the ear and too nice every 31 GM’s know he sweet.

Vision

Hopefully we get booth at 34 I would also be ok with nakobe dean
